1、潤(rùn)滑質(zhì)量不良。潤(rùn)滑的目的，是使動(dòng)靜部分不直接接觸產(chǎn)生摩擦，而形成固體與液體之間的摩擦。如果潤(rùn)滑數(shù)量不足或質(zhì)量不良，會(huì)使動(dòng)靜部分直接摩擦發(fā)熱，或熱量不能通過(guò)潤(rùn)滑帶走，而使空氣懸浮鼓風(fēng)機(jī)軸承溫度升高。

1. Poor lubrication quality. The purpose of lubrication is to prevent direct contact between the moving and stationary parts, resulting in friction between solids and liquids. If the lubrication quantity is insufficient or the quality is poor, it will cause direct friction and heat generation between the dynamic and static parts, or the heat cannot be carried away through lubrication, resulting in an increase in the temperature of the bearings of the air suspension blower.

2、空氣懸浮鼓風(fēng)機(jī)滾動(dòng)軸承裝配質(zhì)量不良。如內(nèi)套與軸的緊力不夠，外套與軸承座間隙過(guò)大或過(guò)小。

6、空氣懸浮鼓風(fēng)機(jī)軸承質(zhì)量不良。滑動(dòng)軸承刮研質(zhì)量不良，烏金接觸不好或脫胎;滾動(dòng)軸承滾動(dòng)體面有裂紋、碎裂、剝落等，都會(huì)破壞油膜的穩(wěn)定性與均勻性，面使軸承發(fā)熱。

6. The bearing quality of the air suspension blower is poor. Poor scraping and grinding quality of sliding bearings, poor contact with black gold, or tire detachment; Cracks, fragmentation, and peeling on the rolling surface of rolling bearings can damage the stability and uniformity of the oil film, causing the bearing to heat up.
