真空上料機(jī)是根據(jù)物料的輸送量，匹配相應(yīng)規(guī)格的氣源壓力、倉(cāng)泵和管道尺寸，可自動(dòng)將各種物料輸送到包裝機(jī)、注塑機(jī)、破碎機(jī)的料斗中，解決傳統(tǒng)人工上料的不足，也解決了給料過(guò)程中粉料溢出的問(wèn)題，如果在生產(chǎn)中遇到吸力不足的情況，可以通過(guò)以下方式加以解決。

A vacuum feeder is a machine that matches the corresponding specifications of gas source pressure, bin pump, and pipeline size based on the conveying volume of materials. If there is insufficient suction in production, the following methods can be used to solve the problem.

一、管道檢查

1、 Pipeline inspection

造成真空上料機(jī)吸力小的管路難題，可能是由于電焊焊接難題導(dǎo)致的管道毀壞，或者是料管被塊狀物料阻塞，難題關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)生在真空上料機(jī)的入料口出及其管路的相接處，因此可以通過(guò)管道的檢查來(lái)排除這一故障。

The problem of low suction in the vacuum feeding machine may be caused by pipeline damage due to welding difficulties or blockage of the material pipe by block materials. The key problem lies in the inlet and outlet of the vacuum feeding machine and the connection of the pipeline. Therefore, this fault can be eliminated through pipeline inspection.

二、過(guò)濾裝置檢查

2、 Filter device inspection

檢查真空上料機(jī)過(guò)濾芯是不否被阻塞，過(guò)濾芯歸屬于易耗品，在應(yīng)用的全過(guò)程中，直徑會(huì)伴隨著使用年限慢慢被阻塞，過(guò)濾芯如若發(fā)生堵塞，應(yīng)拆裝超聲清洗三十分鐘或立即拆換，以保證真空上料機(jī)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

Check if the filter element of the vacuum feeder is blocked. The filter element belongs to consumables, and its diameter will gradually be blocked along with its service life during the entire application process. If the filter element is blocked, it should be disassembled and cleaned with ultrasonic for thirty minutes or replaced immediately to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum feeder.

三、閘閥密封性檢查

在長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的應(yīng)用中，應(yīng)按時(shí)檢查真空上料機(jī)各閘閥的密封性是否符合規(guī)定，檢查閘閥的密封環(huán)是否磨壞。閘閥的密封性問(wèn)題，會(huì)導(dǎo)致真空上料機(jī)的真空值損害，導(dǎo)致吸力不足的問(wèn)題，而且在各種嚴(yán)苛的自然環(huán)境下更應(yīng)重視按時(shí)維修。

In long-term applications, the sealing performance of each gate valve of the vacuum feeder should be checked on time to ensure compliance with regulations, and the sealing ring of the gate valve should be checked for wear and tear. The sealing problem of gate valves can cause damage to the vacuum value of the vacuum feeder, resulting in insufficient suction, and timely maintenance should be emphasized in various harsh natural environments.
