供料器采用帶副唇旋轉(zhuǎn)油封和特殊填料密封結(jié)構(gòu)，密封可靠，它的關(guān)鍵件采用加工中心加工，產(chǎn)品精度高、間隙小，它的機體設(shè)置了均壓吸氣口，能將回轉(zhuǎn)帶來的高壓氣體帶走，有利于物料的供給。

The feeder adopts a rotating oil seal with a pair of lips and a special packing sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing. Its key components are processed by a machining center, with high product accuracy and small clearance. Its body is equipped with a pressure equalizing suction port, which can take away high-pressure gas brought by rotation, which is conducive to material supply.

為了保證該設(shè)備的使用效果，應(yīng)在安裝前檢查構(gòu)件，像是軸承、渦輪蝸桿等，若是發(fā)現(xiàn)磨損嚴重應(yīng)及時更換，安裝軸承時可用銅棒、尼龍棒輕輕敲擊。等做好這些才可以將軸承安裝到蝸桿上，然后注滿潤滑脂。

To ensure the effectiveness of the equipment, components such as bearings and worm gears should be inspected before installation. If severe wear is found, they should be replaced in a timely manner. When installing bearings, copper or nylon rods can be gently tapped. Only after completing these steps can the bearing be installed on the worm and then filled with lubricating grease.

旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器裝渦輪時，安裝好后應(yīng)緊固定位螺栓，然后將渦輪支座裝到渦輪室上，再次調(diào)整緊固螺柱，待裝好渦輪室端蓋后，注油到1/2～2/3處。需要注意的是，安裝的渦輪室端蓋墊應(yīng)完好無損，以防后期在使用時發(fā)生泄漏。

When installing the turbine on the rotating feeder, the positioning bolts should be tightened after installation. Then, the turbine support should be installed on the turbine chamber, and the fastening bolts should be adjusted again. After installing the turbine chamber end cover, oil should be injected to 1/2 to 2/3 of the position. It should be noted that the installed turbine chamber end cover gasket should be intact to prevent leakage during later use.

緊接著就是安裝彈簧、蝸桿聯(lián)軸器，電機裝到支座上，在安裝的時候一定要調(diào)整好同心度，緊固好螺栓。安裝它的蝸桿時調(diào)整好與渦輪同心度，并且設(shè)備的偏差要小于O.1mm。要讓它的電機軸與蝸桿同心度的偏差小于0.1mm。

Next is the installation of springs and worm couplings, and the motor is installed on the support. During installation, it is necessary to adjust the concentricity and tighten the bolts. When installing its worm, adjust its concentricity with the turbine, and the deviation of the equipment should be less than 0.1mm. Make sure that the deviation between its motor shaft and the concentricity of the worm is less than 0.1mm.
